This hotel is new compared to most hotels in the area. I did not dine at the lobby restaurant but it looked very nice. The hotel had better amenities than most comparable properties and had a lovely firepit outside that could be enjoyed weather permitting. The pool, hot tub, and sauna seemed well maintained although the hot tub had some grime in it. Nothing a quick shower after returning to the room couldn't take care of.

All in all, a fantastic stay! From the front desk to the bartender, everyone was friendly and informative. Food was great (both dinner and breakfast), and the fire pit was a plus! We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

I always stay at Holiday Inn Express. I have found they are usually more up to date and cleaner. This Holiday Inn was the closest to the interstate that I could find and decided to take a chance. What a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was nicely, decorated and very clean.
The only thing that I found not up to par was the hotel restaurant. They were not busy, but the service was slow and the waitress was not very attentive to her customers. She made two mistakes on the food which I went ahead and ate, which was good, but not what I ordered. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff was very welcoming. Everyone always greeted you. Breakfast each morning was worth buying. Liked that they had room service at night time. They have a nice firepit area outside to relax and watch the ducks in the pond.
