This was my second stay. I didn't have a Chinese cell phone number and arrived in Hangzhou at midnight. The night manager Sun made everything very smooth. The whole experience was very good. The breakfast is very good. the aunty in the noodle stall was very good, with enthusiastic service and consistent output.

因為出差趕飛機關係，所以特別挑選離機場近的酒店
房間設備一如既往的標準設計，床也舒服，睡眠也好
唯有早餐的種類，應該可以加強一些
接送機的師傅，都非常客氣，服務也好，很棒
下次出差，仍然會選擇住這的

Overall very good experience, my girlfriend is working at Air China as crew member, I need to stay one night with her for possible flying mission. Room is clean and comfortable, there is no much noise from outside, the only feedback I can give the AC was not working very well for low temperature mode

No, I do not recommend this property.
要赶早上的飞机所以住到这里。开车前5分钟退房，告知前台我需要开发票（前一天住在市区的另一家IHG，开的是电子专票，以为都是拍个发票抬头就行），前台表示他们是纸质票，如果要赶上去机场的shuttle bus我下来得太晚了。我提议能否之后把发票寄给我，我先赶车，前台未予理会，径自操作开票，我理解就是服务人员觉得自己可以在发车前搞定。
而我是背对门口的，并不能看到shuttle bus离开。等到前台给我发票时，车已经开走了。然后前台告诉我：车是准时发车的。让我乘坐地铁前往机场，而这是个大雨天。
我觉得非常莫名其妙，完全可以理解这个时间太短开不出纸质发票，但是如果无法满足客户的诉求，应该告知我吧？对于我的提议也不予理会是什么意思呢。
如果酒店不能保有正常合理的服务质量，会员体系还有什么吸引力可言。
