Wayyyyy overpriced for the poor condition of the property. Other guests were yelling and talking loudly at 1:30 am, no complimentary breakfast, no bar, two of the lights did not work in the room, the bathtub drain plug did not work, and I could go on. I understand that the property is undergoing renovations, but the conditions are definitely not worth what you charged me. The front desk was nice, that was about the only good thing I could say.

Although the website mentioned the renovation, when I called for a reservation for a top floor room the desk clerk didn't mention that the top 7th floor and half the 6th floor were being renovated. I took the 6th floor room since the work was only happening during the day. I was out all day. It was actually very quiet at night, which is very unusual these days. I was charged extra for breakfast and thought that meant it was a served breakfast, not a buffet. Other hotels include a similar breakfast buffet for free. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the TV worked well. Not too bad.

Room 508 on 3/6 is a tired room with old worn furniture, a bed that has seen better days, and a bathroom with floor tile that has not been renewed in years.
Clean sheets and room, but unless on a very tight budget this is a Holiday Inn to avoid.

This Hotel is going thru remodel again or still. the restaurant is only open for breakfast and even though they have a sign up at the front desk for a buffet, they do not offer the buffet during the week. Everything is limited and individual. When I checked into my room it sounded like they were jack hammering the room directly above me. When I called the front desk, I was told they would be stopping soon. I asked if the manager was in and was advised they would be back in 20 minutes, but after an hour and not receiving a call back I called again. The manager said they were not supposed to be doing any of that type of work and they she had just informed them of that. She never offered to move me to a different room or anything. I can see why they need the remodel as the room, and especially the restroom needs repairs. All of the Amenities were closed.

Thank you for leaving your review. It appears that your overall experience was distasteful due to the renovations that we are currently undergoing. As the manager that did not offer to move your room because the noise would have persisted regardless of the room you were in, however I am glad that the manager was able to speak with you and give you some clarity on when and why you were disrupted for the 20 minutes. Hopefully once we are completed you have the opportunity to come stay with us again for a much better and more enjoyable stay.

The front desk staff is wonderful. The excitement at check in was out of this world. I enjoyed my checkin. The hotel itself need an uupgrade. I did see some improvements in the lobby.
