Great hotel with guest relations Coordinator Ms Victoria Amamchian doing everything possible to make my stay more comfortable.
My stay was during the winter months so I could not take advantage of the large outside pool area. However the spa has a sauna in each changing room, a very extensive gym, and a massage room where I had one of the best full body massages by masseuse Ms.Larisa. at a very reasonable price.
The hotel is a bit noisy at night due to its location next to a major road that the locals use to race up and down. But the rooms are oversize with very comfortable beds.
There are many restaurants in the area and I recommend a local bar within a short walk from the hotel called "supertramp" where u are guaranteed a good time meeting very interesting locals and great drinks.
Cant wait for spring time when I can take advantage of the pool area and enjoy more sights of this interesting city. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, food, and great service by the staff.

Very good hotel meeting high standards of IHG requirements.
Location is very attractive as the property locates center of Saburtala, city center pretty close to Technical university metro station and structure of the property is 20 floor gigantic and the view is truly breathtaking.
Staffs are very cordial and cooperative
The hotel has very good amenities which include, but not limit access to bar, well equipped gym and cozy pool
And the lounge is adorned with live plants which include live citrus plants bearing fruits.
All the areas of the hotel, maintain well hygiene condition.
Since I was upgraded to executive room, it was very spacious bedroom and bathroom as well
Regarding breakfast, the dining area is very spacious and giving very broad city view through the large glass wall panels. It was noted that the food menu is based on balanced dietary plan.
However, it is recommended to add more items (especially Arabic and Asian food) in breakfast menu.
Definitely, I do recommend this property for the persons who want to stay for business as well as leisure.
