Absolutely loved my are stay. The pools were great and had clean towals always. Room was clean and when asked for extra blankets they brought it quick. Restaurant was also great a little pricey but good still

We tried for over a month between phone calls and emails to get a block of rooms and we were unable in the end to secure a block of rooms. We eventually talked to someone who said they would give us a hospitality room for a group event for free due to the issues with getting a block of rooms. When it came time to book the hopsitality room, we once again had issues getting any communication from the person we were talking too. We ended up reaching out to directly to IHG to get any response from the hotel. We were also told originally that we could do our own pot luck, but then when it came time to book the room, they told us we couldn't do that anymore? I decided to book an extra night. When I arrived at the hotel, they didn't have anything showing I had 2 nights booked, even though I had a confirmation email. After 20+ min, they ended up having to cancel by reservation and making a new one for both nights. The original 2 nights got put under different reservations and different rooms, so we would of had to switch rooms each night. We had another family from our group do the same thing and they also had issues with check in, took them about 40 min to check in and the hotel manager had to get involved, not sure what the whole story was there. The hotel itself was amazing, with tons for the kids to do. Overall we would try to stay there again, but if we have the same issues, we won't try as hard the next time to stay there and will just go somewhere else.

This hotel is our go to when traveling, it has so much for the kids to do and enjoy no one gets bored and no one ever wants to leave. I love that they have a separate pool for the toddlers and many games to play, along with basketball, volleyball and fitness room for the older kids to enjoy.. maybe some casino games for the adults would be fun in the future, otherwise I simply just enjoy watching my kids have a great time.

This hotel has a lot of kid friendly amenities and could be a great destination with a few tweaks.
There’s a lot of parties going on (seems to be a popular spot) in hallways and common areas. If there were designated party rooms people could use it would seem to eliminate the crowded hallways and noise.
The pools are FREEZING. We could only tolerate the hot tubs which are more like luke warm tubs.
The staff are ambivalent, unhelpful and not friendly.
Housekeeping does an amazing job keeping this place clean which must be a very difficult job. Our room was clean and common areas were kept as clean as possible with all the activity.
Toiletries provided are nice full-size products.

My stay at the holiday inn St. Cloud was comfortable. Hotel has been refurbished and is very open, relaxing and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. I ate at Legends Bar, I am vegetarian and there were little options. Other than that, the beds were the highlight.
