I stayed here not using IHG in a while. I travel a lot for work. I tried this one on a golf course thinking it would be a good value.
I got stuck for 12 min in the elevator. The lady behind the counter was so helpful. The manager came out and was so rude to me barking and yelling.

We are deeply sorry to hear about the unacceptable level of customer service you received, as well as the distressing experience of being stuck in the elevator. Please know that this is not reflective of the high standards we strive to uphold, and we take your concerns very seriously.

Elevator Incident: Our elevator technicians have already inspected the elevator involved and is working with the manufacturer to ensure the safety and reliability of all our elevators moving forward.
Customer Service: We are investigating the service-related concerns and will be reinforcing our training to ensure all staff members provide the attentive and respectful service every guest deserves.

Perfect location to travel to attractions, universities/colleges for events and to get tours of there campus. Location right off the highway, golf course right next door plenty of food options whether looking for local eateries or branded restaurants. Fuel and major stores within an 8-10 minute ride.

We arrived late after a long ride and traffic for an unexpected stopover on our way home from Georgia. Luckily we were still able to get dinner and drinks to relax after a long day. All of the staff members were excellent and friendly. The bartender was great and the drinks were excellent. Although I don't usually have dessert, the banana bread pudding was the best I have ever eaten. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. It was an excellent choice for a stopover as it was right off an exit on 81.

Bathroom had tissues on the floor or toilet paper. I wasn’t touching it. There was dog food on the floor before I even fed my dog that was with me. had trouble with my key. The pet outside area was dirty.

The rooms were tidy and staff were more than courteous. I felt relaxed and appreciated throughout my stay. The metal bed frame squeaked slightly on first sitting but the rooms were clean, mattress comfortable, and I slept very well.
