I had the best experience here than I have ever had in a hotel in San Antonio!! We were welcomed by all the staff with a smile and kind greetings EVERY TIME they saw us!! They rooms were clean and comfortable! The Grill had really good food and drinks, and the service was top notch!! Sam and Lorena were the best servers I have ever had!! They were so kind to me and my family and made sure we had everything we needed our entire stay!! This will always be our Hotel home!!! Thank you to everyone that helped make our stay so amazing!!!

We went for a birthday surprise weekend for my 6 yr old son. Upon check-in, the clerk found out it was my son's birthday and she sent up a birthday basket with candy, snacks, and an Orca plushy. Our stay was very relaxing and we definitely enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows like a cloud. We loved the breakfast buffet. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Free shuttle service to SeaWorld too! Overall, this hotel was like staying in a luxury hotel without the price. I will be back.

We are the Kohler’s. Being a military veteran, we have traveled a lot especially the Northeast, where I am from. This Holiday Inn beats out all other Holiday Inn Hotels that we’ve visited. The hotel manager was on site and she was very friendly as well as the other team members. Our room was extremely nice and clean and we appreciated the roll in shower. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was so luxurious. I don’t know how this fast-paced hotel is so wonderful, but it was an excellent choice to stay the night at. Thank you! George

I stayed at the Holiday Inn SeaWorld for business and the property not only has great amenities, but a great staff and the breakfast is very good. I would recommend this property for anyone staying close to Seaworld for the upcoming summer season.

My son & I were here for Junior Shoot Off @the Nat’l Shooting Complex. It fell on Valentines weekend,& to our surprise-in our fridge were chocolate covered strawberries & pretzels, &Ferrero Rocher! Also chocolates on the beds with love bird towels. So sweet of the staff to do! Every staff member we encountered was helpful & very welcoming! Great job! This location will now be my SA go-to!

**Holiday Inn San Antonio - SeaWorld: A Perfect Stay! 10/10**
From the moment we arrived at the Holiday Inn San Antonio - SeaWorld, it was clear we had made the right choice for our trip. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short drive from SeaWorld, and offers easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming us with smiles and offering helpful tips for our stay. The lobby was clean and inviting, and the modern decor set a pleasant tone for our visit.
Our room exceeded expectations. Spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, it had all the comforts of home, including a super comfy bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a spacious bathroom with excellent water pressure. The view from our room was lovely, overlooking the well-maintained pool area.
Speaking of the pool, it was an absolute highlight! The outdoor pool area was fantastic, perfect for a relaxing swim after a day of adventure at SeaWorld. The hotel also has a hot tub and a fitness center, which were both great additions.
Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Whether you’re craving pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit, or yogurt, the spread had it all. The breakfast staff was also friendly and quick to ensure everything was stocked and clean.
What really stood out during our stay was the attention to detail from the staff. Every interaction was positive, and it felt as though they genuinely wanted to ensure we had the best experience possible. Whether it was helping with directions, offering suggestions for local dining, or just checking in to see if we needed anything, they went above and beyond.
Overall, the Holiday Inn San Antonio - SeaWorld provides excellent value for money. It's clean, comfortable, and offers great amenities, especially for families. The proximity to SeaWorld makes it the perfect choice for those looking to explore the park and surrounding area. We’ll definitely be back!
