We stayed here two nights - the staff, Eric and Lana were extremally helpful; and Mike who was our waiter for the two breakfasts was outstanding. A friendlier and helpful staff you could not find. The room (10th floor) was large with a beautiful view of the ocean - and what a value. I'm coming back.

Nice full-service hotel on the ocean and boardwalk. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast and in the evening the bar were top notch. Excellent service and food and drinks. The location is just a few blocks from all of the action on the lower "boards". The room /suite is spacious with all amenities included. A full GE appliance kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven with glass cooktop, microwave and dishwasher(!) and dishes, glasses and silverware for six. There are two closets and plenty of other storage. The beds are typical Holiday Inn, just perfect for a long night's sleep or the quick nap. There is a large balcony with seating and a table for four with views of the boardwalk and ocean. We will definitely be back to Ocean City, and we will definitely stay here.

Upon arrival we realized that there was no heat in our room. Maintenance arrived and could not fix the problem. The manager called us and offered a 2 step upgrade on our room. He immediately arrived at our door with a luggage cart and room keys to move us. He told us to take our time and said that is the perk of being IHG members.

The room and view were great. The parking is terrible. The staff is great. The wings were server raw. The meat was red. No apologies were given, and when served the second time they were dry and super spicy.

This stay was awesome and well worth the price! My room was extremely clean and quite. Comfortable bed and excellent view! I will pick this hotel everytime i stay in Ocean City! Front Desk and Housekeeping staff was very attentive and friendly as well.

The room was a little cool and we could not get it to warm up even by turning up the thermostat. There was a lot of cold air coming in the sliding door. Their view was beautiful and the overall stay was great.
