Rizza is awesome and inviting! Very clean, and well insulated. Can’t hear much beyond toilets being flushed.

The rooms are nice and quiet. We got a connecting room for it family, which was great. The breakfast is always good. The staff is friendly and helpful. It worked out great for me while I was working and for the family to spend time enjoying the area.

When in town I always stay at this hotel. The location is perfect. I'm always met with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The staff, Riza, Rachel and DeMarco always go above and beyond to accommodate me. All staff are friendly, professional and eager to assist. I highly recommend this hotel. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel exceeds all expectations.

The check was quick. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Being by the highway made it a little loud but overall great experience

This was a nice hotel with a good location. The hotel includes a bar in the lounge but it closed before 9 on a Saturday night we had planned to enjoy a cocktail when returning after dinner at 9:30pm
A dog was barking most of the night- perhaps pets should be on low floors only to reduce noise to other guests.
We were not greeted as diamond elite members and was not offered an amenity at check in such as free breakfast. Since this was HIE we did not expect to have to purchase the meal for 12.95 but probably was noted in details and I just assumed all HIE have complimentary breakfast.
Overall the hotel and staff are nice and I would stay here again.
