We enjoyed our stay, spending the night before our flight. The location was perfect and the room/hotel was clean and fresh. I should have asked for a more firmer pillow. The room could also use some updating to charge phones and such. Overall, we would definitely stay again. Thank you.

No hot water to take a shower. No AC so it was like 1000 degrees in the room always. The hot tub was down. Paid more for 2 drinks than it would have cost me to buy a whole bottle. Most expensive hotel I’ve stay in and was NOT worth the price. Very disappointed.

This is the first time in a long time I stayed at a IHG property. I chose it for the convenience to the airport so I could utilize the shuttle. The phone number on the app is incorrect, which I did let the desk know.
I arrived late, so went right to sleep. The next morning I tried to have a relaxing hot shower to start the day. After letting the shower run long enough that the temp should be good, I got in since it felt warm, only to experience an entire shower of changing temperatures every 10-15 seconds between goosebump cold and almost hot.
Since I had free breakfast, I did get an omelette with potatoes and toast. The omelette was average, the potatoes were good and the toast, well it was toast.

I have booked and paid for 6days. 20.02.2025-26.02.2025
Check-in and the first few days were fine. On Monday 24.02.2025 evening, as I came back from work, I was shocked that ALL of my belongings (suitcase, shoes, clothes including underwears were no more in the room)
After escalation to the front desk, I was told that I have only booked for one night, and they have packed all of my belongings and ask for payment for the remaining days. In the end they found out the root cause, which has nothing to do with me.
never ever having such bad experience!
