Staff was rude, I was not impressed.
There were only two towels and one wash cloth in the bathroom. This was a double queen room and the reservation was for 3 adults. When we asked for the appropriate number we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing the staff and were only given an extra towel, no wash cloth.
At the breakfast buffet, there was a "please wait to be seated" sign but we had to wait several minutes for a staff member to seat us. This continued to happen while we ate our breakfast and several other people had to wait for the staff members to seat them.M

Yes, I recommend this property.
We have been staying at this hotel for approximately 12 years- staying twice per year. Over that time, we have come to know some on the staff including Charlie and Xavier - and most recently Jonathan. Due to strongly scented cleansing agents in the air conditioning duct work, my wife had a strong allergic reaction. Jonathan did everything he could to mitigate the scent- he truly went above and beyond and ultimately the situation was mitigated by his efforts. We really are truly impressed by how hard Jonathan worked to resolve the situation. Truly no one could have done any more - we are truly grateful! Kudos to Jonathan.

Yes, I recommend this property.
Room 208 has the front light of hotel shining through my window all night. My room was lit up and made it difficult to sleep. The curtains do not close, so it was not a pleasant stay.
The kitchen staff/staff in the kitchen area could be heard cursing and talking very loudly from the lobby. Definitely was not a professional atmosphere.
Each time that I have stayed there it seems that the kitchen staff is more unprofessional and inept at their jobs.

It was ok kind of suck actually rude people horrible place for too much money ridiculous didn’t like it all. It was horrible never going back. Wish I stayed someplace else. The person who checked me in was nice to people ahead of me but very stuck up to me.

The hotel overall was good, the one bistro food amazing, staff amazing. Pool was great!
The o lay down was I had lady bugs all over my window and curtain.
