From start to finnish and even after you have left, the staff could not be more helpful.
The restaurant manageress could not do enough to make you feel welcome even when you constantly get your room number wrong She is there to assist.
Staying in hotels as much as I do, sadly the quality of service differs greatly, but not here, consistently excellent.

i stayed here for work and found the staff helpful and friendly, the accommodation was clean and comfortable which is all i really needed. the breakfast was standard holiday inn range and good as always, the evening menu was limited which was a little disappointing but I had the cheese and pickle sandwich which was nice.

From before arrival to departure, the management and staff were all friendly & supportive to any requests. Check-in/ out was smoothly executed. There was a really good range of meal & beverage choices for our evening meal & breakfast. Food was tasty and restaurant staff were really very attentive. Room was spacious and comfortable. We slept well. There is a very short taxi ride to Slough railway station. Our room had a view of Windsor Castle. We do not hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future.

Recently I had a really good stay at the Holiday Inn in Slough. It’s not the first time and always find the staff very welcoming and you are made to feel at home. During my stay I was able to enjoy the hospitality and had a good chat with a staff member who is celebrating a big birthday soon, happy birthday! I’m not going to mention how old! I would seriously recommend this hotel, they know how to look after you.. The food including the breakfast is very good.. you have to order your evening meal in your seat on a tablet super convenient you place your order and they bring it to your table along with a smile.. I truly recommend this hotel. Happy Birthday G
